Prof. Dr. Nebojsa Nick Knezevic, MD, PhD, is the Vice Chair for Research at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center and a Clinical Professor of Anesthesiology and Surgery at the College of Medicine, University of Illinois at Chicago. He is the current President of the Illinois Society of Interventional Pain Physicians. Professor Knezevic has published more than 230 peer-reviewed scientific articles, cited more than 10,000 times (h-index 51). He was ranked among the TOP 2% of scientists in the world by the Stanford University – Elsevier list for 2025. He is a member of the Editorial Board of multiple anesthesia and pain journals. He is also a recognized lecturer worldwide and has delivered over 350 invited lectures and keynote speeches at national and international conferences. Dr. Knezevic received multiple recognitions and excellence awards for patient care, teaching, outstanding research, and academic achievements.
