About
As neuromodulation continues to expand across indications and care settings, ensuring its long-term impact requires more than scientific innovation alone. This plenary session explores the strategic, operational, and policy frameworks necessary to advance the field from promising therapies to sustainable standards of care. Faculty will examine the development of the first NANS clinical practice guidelines, discuss practical approaches to building financially viable neuromodulation programs, and explore how value-based care models can strengthen partnerships with payers by drawing lessons from other medical specialties. The session culminates with the NANS Presidential Address, highlighting our vision for the future of neuromodulation, followed by the Lifetime Achievement Address honoring an individual whose contributions have profoundly shaped the field.
