About
Dr. Kohan is a professor of anesthesiology and pain medicine at the Univeristy of Virginia. She serves as the division chief and medical director of pain medicine as well as the program director for the chronic pain fellowship. She has numeorus leadership positions nationally including serving on the Board of Directors of ASRA PAin Medicine and AAPM. Additionally, she sits on the BOD for the NIH Heal Grant Purpose Network. She is also actively involved in education leadership including roles as t past president of the Association of Pain Program Directors and Past President of the specialty program directors for the SAAAPM. She sits on numerous editorial boards for journals within pain medicine.
